In these terms and conditions ("Terms"), "tak11", "we", and "our" refer to the tak11 online betting and casino platform. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person who uses the tak11 website, app, or services.

"Services" refers to the tak11 website, gaming platform, sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, promotions, and all related features. tak11 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and mobile-friendly online gaming experience for users in Bangladesh.

The following conditions must be met to open an account at tak11:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.

• Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure along with forfeiture of bonuses.

tak11 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

You are fully responsible for keeping your tak11 account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.

• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify tak11 support immediately.
• tak11 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

tak11 is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the user or from negligence in protecting account security.

4.1 — Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit at tak11 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Successful deposits are generally reflected in the account instantly.

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Use of accounts or payment methods registered to a third party is prohibited and the transaction may be cancelled.

4.2 — Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if verification is pending or unusual activity is suspected.

If any active wagering requirement remains incomplete at the time of a withdrawal request, the associated bonus balance will not be withdrawable.

New members at tak11 can receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. That means if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳30,000 before withdrawing.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus was received, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Certain games or bet types may contribute differently to wagering calculations — where applicable, details will be provided on the relevant promotion page.
• tak11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

Misuse of tak11 promotional offers (bonus arbitrage, taking advantage through multiple accounts, etc.) is prohibited and, if detected, the associated bonus and winnings may be voided.

All gaming and betting activity at tak11 is conducted in a safe and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all users:

• Once a bet or game round is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or network disruption, tak11 may decide to void or restore that bet.
• If an error or technical fault is found in a game result, tak11 reserves the right to withhold the relevant payout until an investigation is completed.
• For sports betting events, tak11's result-determination policy is considered final.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games is prohibited.

6.1 — Policy on System Errors

If a technical error in the tak11 system causes a game or bonus to be displayed incorrectly, that transaction or reward will not be considered valid and tak11 reserves the right to correct it.

The tak11 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is a gradual process — higher tiers can be reached through regular and active participation. VIP benefits are exclusive and are provided subject to specific conditions.

tak11 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure, benefits, or terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the site before any changes take effect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tak11 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Fraudulent activity, including operating an account using another person's identity.
• Gaming system manipulation or exploiting any technical vulnerability.
• Any activity that disrupts tak11's services.
• Assisting anyone under 21 years of age to open an account.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, tak11 may immediately close the account and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

• Direct or indirect financial loss by a user from gaming or betting.
• Loss resulting from temporary service disruption due to technical issues.
• Third-party software or internet connection problems.
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to maintain account security.

tak11 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect once published on the site. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
